Additional charges will apply if furniture is moved. · Garage is for owner use only. · Pathways from the garage to the house and dock are golf cart only; passenger vehicles prohibited. · Items in the dock storage box are for owner use only. · The boat lift is not available for guest use. · Fireplaces are decorative only and may not be used. · Keep refrigerators closed when not in use. · Thermostats must remain between 70°F and 74°F. · Keep all doors closed, including the screened patio door, to prevent HVAC strain. · Windows must remain closed. · Turn off lights when not in use.
