The dock also features an extra picnic table area, perfect for meals by the water or simply watching family swim in the cleanest lake in the U.S.. Back at the house, you’ll find expansive gathering spaces, a dining room for 14 plus breakfast seating for 12, a screened-in patio, a bar and game room with foosball & ping pong, and even two double-person swings overlooking the water. For large groups, the home is equipped with a large icemaker, three mini fridges, a big upright freezer, a separate coffee & bar area, and a brand-new laundry room. Located in a gated community next to Shanghai Marina, you’re just a 10-minute boat ride to the Sugar Hollow Waterpark, the Tiki Hut, and the famous Jumping Bridge, 20 minutes by boat to dining favorites like Stardust, Sequoia, Springs Dock, Froggy’s, and Powell Valley, and about 30 minutes by boat to the must-see Norris Dam.
